LENTON, ANDREW JAMES (ANDY) It is with great sadness and heavy hearts for our family to announce the sudden passing of Andrew Lenton at the age of 58 years. Andrew was born in South Africa February 7, 1962 and died in Oshawa, ON, January 4, 2021.
He was predeceased by his parents Robert Lenton and June Down. Andrew is loved and remembered by his son Jonathan. He will be greatly missed by his brothers David (Michelle), Rhys and many nieces and nephews as well as his step-mother Joan Lenton-Price and many friends.
Andrew loved to golf with his son and friends during the summer as much as he could. Over the past 20 years Andrew worked at G&G Electronics, and the family would like to thank them for the love and support they’ve given Jonathan.
A very special thank you to his dearest friends and best neighbours ever Mark and Jill Moores and Steve Rose. Due to Covid-19, the family will plan a Celebration of Life once safe gatherings are allowed, hopefully in the summer of 2021. Donations can be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation of Canada.
