It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Anna Bianchi on Thursday March 7th at the age of 91. Reunited in heaven with her beloved husband, Giuseppe and son, Sabatino. Cherished mother to Gemma (Russ), Carmina (Chris), and the late Sabatino. Precious Nonna to Cristina, Michael (Dana), Julia, Russel, and Ryan. Loving sister to Giuseppa (the late Emiliano), the late Giovanni (the late Giaconda), the late Francesco (the late Carmina), Marcello (Grazia), Roberto (Maria), the late Ottavio (Domenica), Maria (Eliseo), Cesidia (Nicola), Gemma (Pasquale), and adoring aunt to many nieces and nephews.
Anna was born in Villavallelonga, Italy and moved to Canada in 1955 at 28 years of age. She was nurturing, kind, and loving. Anna lived a long and beautiful life caring for her children and grandchildren while passing along her knowledge and wisdom, with love, to the next generations.
She enjoyed many years as a Baker and retired with over 25 years of service from Rudolph’s Bakery. Anna will be greatly missed and fondly remembered by her family and friends.
