ROSS, B. June (nee WISE) 1922 – 2018 June’s courageous battle with dementia and heart disease came to an end October 24th, four days following a fall that broke her hip, in her 96th year.
Beloved wife of Denman, who passed away in 2013 and sister of Fern Jackson. Mother of Susan and partner Bryan, Brent and his wife Susan and Blake and his wife Susan. She is the grandmother of Ashley and her husband Sean Lauria, Brianne and Jake Ross. Great-grandmother to Brennan and Everly Lauria.
She worked for General Electric and Sears as well as raising three children in a busy household. She gave generously of her time to Eastminster United Church and was a coin and china collector.
She will be remembered for her strong will and steadfast support of her family including her mother, father and father-in-law in their senior years.
June will be cremated and a memorial service for immediate family will be held.
