CREIGHTON, William At the age of 79 of Smithville, Ontario passed away on Tuesday, January 2019. at the Hamilton General Hospital.
Born December 22, 1939, he was the son of the late Evelyn Boomhower and Charles Creighton. He will be missed by his family and many friends. Brother to Phylis, David, Charles, late Michael, Blythe, Donelda, late Leanna, Herbert, and Donald.
Hard working retired from Marsh Engineering as a well-ticketed welder, a farmer, he was a member of the Smithville Legion and enjoyed fishing, farming and talking to whoever would listen. Devoted husband to his loving wife Linda, loving father to his children Lorna (husband Peter), Bill (wife Nancy), Catharine (late husband Patrick), Todd (wife Celine), Richard, Elisabeth (husband Rick), and Jennifer (husband Shawn). And many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
William as per his wishes will be cremated at Tranquility Funeral Services Inc. A celebration of life will be held at another date.
