D’ANDREA, Clementina (nee Ciprietti) It is with heavy hearts the family of Clementina D’Andrea announces her peaceful passing on October 23, 2018 in her 89th year.
She is now reunited with her beloved husband Gregorio. Loving mother to Ettore (the late Letizia) and her step-grandsons in Italy, Alessandro and Emanuelle. Predeceased by her oldest brother Francesco, loving sister Anna (Alessandro) and youngest brother Paolo. Loving sister to Luigi (Brigitta), Quinto (Quinta) and sister-in-law Ada. Cherished “Zia” to Linda, Lori, Pat, Liz (predeceased), Sandy, Fred, Bruno, Lui, Tina, Silvio and Vince. She will be greatly missed by her second son Angelo (Antionette) and loyal cousins Modesta and Giancarlo. Clementina treasured her special relationship with all her great-nieces and nephews and always had a special place in her heart for Patrick, Jeff and William. She will be fondly remembered by family and friends in Italy and Canada.
A sincere thank you to the staff at the General Hospital, we are grateful for the compassion shown to Clementina and the family during her last days.
Visitation will be held at MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME , 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Sunday, October 28, from 3:00-7:00 p.m. with Prayers at 6 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Roman Catholic Church (Parkdale and Queenston) on Monday, October 29, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. Entombment Our Lady of Victory Mausoleum, Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
