FAYE IVY HUNTLEY It is with great sorrow that the family of Faye Ivy Huntley, age 84, announces her passing on May 26, 2018 peacefully at her home “Meadowacres” surrounded by her loving family. Survived by loving husband Bruce, daughter Leslie Anne (John) and children Mercedes and Connor, daughter-in-law Tracy, widow of son Warren (2008), and their children Austin and Shelby.

Predeceased by her brother George. Faye was born in Oshawa on August 30, 1933 to Mabel Violet Mann and George Mann. Faye attended East York Collegiate where she met her lifelong love, Bruce N. Huntley. Upon graduation in 1952 Faye went on to work at IBM. The high school sweethearts married on June 15, 1957.

The couple had two children Warren Robet Huntley and Leslie Anne Huntley. Faye was an avid golfer and skier and will be dearly missed at Craigleith Ski Club, Bayview Country Club and at the Loxahatchee Country Club in Florida. Faye was a former Ontario Ladies 2-Ball Golf Champion, a ladies golf captain at Bayview and an official course rater for OLGA. Faye was an accomplished heli-skier completing over, an impressive, million vertical feet. She was a philanthropist as well as an active member in her alumni association and a past matron of the Eastern Star.

She was a person who loved to live life to the fullest with her friends, family and her beloved grandchildren. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
