DALEY, Florence Marian (nee RAWLINSON) Peacefully on January 27, 2018 in Bradford, Ontario. Born in Toronto in 1927; daughter of the late Robert Austin Rawlinson and Florence Fox. Beloved mother of Heather, Bob (Rob) and Phyllis Beatty (Rick). Predeceased by her beloved husband Frank, son Bruce (Dawna), son-in-law Nino and sister Elizabeth. Survived by brother Bruce Rawlinson (Joan) and sister Barbara Sinclair; grandchildren Lisa, Sarah, Alison, Frances, Travis, Danielle and Simon; and great-grandchildren Gregory, Devon, Francis, Sebastian, Zephram and Amos.
Marian’s greatest passions were her family and classical music. Pianist, piano teacher, organist, past President of the RCCO, music advocate and patron of the arts, Marian will be missed by many friends in Toronto, Scarborough, Waterloo, East Ragged Island, NS and beyond. Family will receive friends at the Ogden Funeral Home, 4164 Sheppard Ave. E. (east of Kennedy Rd.), Scarborough, on Monday, January 29, 2018 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Church of St. Andrew (Anglican), 2333 Victoria Park Ave., on Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at 2 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations to the Royal Conservatory of Music or the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
