GULAK, Mike Peacefully at Joseph Brant Hospital on Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at the age of 90.
Beloved husband of the late Margit Gulak (February, 2002). Loving father of Ricki Castaldi (Louis), Michael Gulak (Jean), Ann Hader (Steven), Dan Gulak and Melinda Brown. Cherished grandfather of Chris (Lesley), Rob, Lisa (Richard), Michael (Melinda “Lynn”), Renee, Jasmin, Shawn, David and Karen and great-grandfather of Maddie, Evan and Seren.

Visitation at SMITH’S FUNERAL HOME, 1167 Guelph Line (one stoplight north of QEW), BURLINGTON (905-632-3333), on Saturday, April 13th from 4-7 p.m. Funeral Service will be held on Tuesday, April 16th at 1 p.m. Interment Woodland Cemetery.
