BAILEY, ICODEL ELENA (nee BECKFORD) We sadly announce the passing of Icodel on Friday, October 5, 2018 with family by her side at the age of 82. Loving wife to Lloyd of 59 years. Cherished mother to Robert (Rhonda), Grace and Joseph and grandmother to Mark. She will also be missed by her siblings Una and George.
