HAINES, Jack WWII Veteran Jack passed away at his home in Viva Retirement Residence, Mississauga, on Wednesday, October 10, 2018, after suffering from Alzheimer’s for the last few years. He will be dearly missed by his wife of 69 years, Helen (nee Jeffs), daughters Cathy (Peter) and Maureen (Rob). Much-loved Grampa to Stephanie, Jodi (Jim), Carolyn, Michael (Ashley) and Colleen (Scott). Great-grandfather of Corey and Theo. He will also be missed by his brother-in-law Joe Jeffs.
Visitation and service to take place at Paul O’Connor Funeral Home in Scarborough. Visitation hours Friday, October 12th from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m. with a funeral service on Saturday, October 13th at 11:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be appreciated.
