MALCOLM, JAMES GEORGE “JIM” Passed away peacefully with his family and closest friend at his side on Friday, October 12, 2018.

Jim Malcolm of Long Point was in his 70th year. Beloved husband of Susan (nee Clark) who he married May 15, 1971. Dear father of Geoffrey of St. George. He is survived by his sister Mary Armstrong of Tillsonburg. Predeceased by his parents George and Margaret “Peggy” (Griggs) Malcolm of Kincardine.

After a career with the Province of Ontario, Jim was a long-time President of the Long Point Waterfowlers’ Association where he was active and influential in the fund raising for and organization of the restoration of the Crown Marsh.

Relatives and friends are invited to Celebrate Jim’s Life with his family at the St. Williams Community Centre on Sunday, October 21, 2018 from 1-4 p.m. Interment will take place in Bayview Cemetery, Port Rowan.

In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate donations to the Norfolk Delta Waterfowlers, the Arthritis Society, Ducks Unlimited Canada, or the Long Point Waterfowlers’ Association (cheques accepted).
