PARISSI, Janet Passed away peacefully on June 23, 2018 at the age of 75. Janet leaves behind her loving husband Peter. Caring mother of Kristen (Mike Black) and Jeff.
Cherished Grandmother to Madison and Carson Black. Janet is survived by her mother Ivy Biffis (nee Cascone). Predeceased by her father Ollie “Bump” Biffis. Sister to Russ Biffis (Jackie, Brooke) and Rich Biffis (Lynn). When Janet was diagnosed with cancer 9 and half years ago, she looked for experts in natural remedies often refusing conventional medicine. She didn’t “battle” cancer, she ignored it, treating it as an inconvenience because she had more important things to do.
Visitation will take place at Lynett Funeral Home (3299 Dundas St. West, 1 block east of Runnymede Rd., 416-767-1176) on Thursday, June 28, 2018 from 4 – 6 p.m. A Celebration of life will be celebrated at 6 p.m. Reception to follow from 7-9 p.m. Online Condolences at www.lynettfuneralhome.ca
