DOWELL, JOHN A. Peacefully passed away on Saturday, March 30, 2019. John Dowell of Whitby and formerly of Scarborough, at 82 years of age. Beloved husband of Alice “Tookie”. Loving dad of Michelle (John) Bangay and Kelly Dowell. Proud grandpa of Michael (Jaimie), Lindsay, David and Darryl.
