Frank was honored by the University of Windsor, Brock University and University of Waterloo each with a Honorary Doctorate of Law. Frank was the first recipient of the Ed Nelligan Award (1985) from OCSOA and received the John Sweeny Award (2014). His wife and family were the most important things to him. He was an avid sports fan who cheered for the Argos, Jays and never stopped supporting the Toronto Maple Leafs. Cherished memories of family celebrations and trips to Florida fill our hearts. He fought his illness with courage, integrity and grace and although he will be dearly missed, the family values he instilled in us will remain forever.
