MacNEIL, JOHN P. (JACK) Jack passed away on the evening of January 10, 2019, at Credit Valley Hospital. His wife Susan and sister Carrie were with him. He also leaves his brother Rick and kids Tara, Saundra, Andie and Matthew. He’ll also be missed by our furry friends Neddy, Hamish and Zoë.
At his insistence, no fuss and cremation has taken place.
Sincere thanks go to all Credit Valley staff for generosity of spirit and support to us all, especially Dr. Harild and the palliative team.
