LUBERTINO, Ann (nee Hamilton) At the Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton on Tuesday, October 2, 2018, Ann Lubertino passed away peacefully at the age of 64 years with her husband at her side.
Beloved wife of Vincent Lubertino for 40 years. Loving mother of Derek (Carissa) and Joseph (Brandy). Dear sister of Bill (Judy), Saretta (the late John), Albert (the late Mavis), Quinton (Cindy), Johnny (Karen), sister-in-law to Enza (Mario) and Frank (Ildi) and aunt to many nieces and nephews. Ann will be sadly missed by family and friends alike.
Special thanks to the medical staff from Juravinski Hospital and the VONs who continuously supported Ann and the family during this past year. Your dedication, love and kindness will forever be appreciated.
Ann dedicated her life to raising her two boys. She took extreme pride in ensuring they were raised to be well mannered and respectful men. Ann enjoyed long hikes with her family and was always up for a good walk to her favourite shops. Ann loved her community, where she raised her family over the past 25 years and could be spotted frequenting her favourite spots such as Denningers, Goodlife Fitness, various lotto booths and snacking on a hotdog or plate of french fries along the way.
Cremation has taken place. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society would be appreciated by the family. Arrangements entrusted to Bay Gardens Funeral Home , Burlington. A private celebration of life to follow.
