MENEGALDO, Flora (nee Feltrin) It is with profound sadness we announce the unexpected passing of our mother, Flora on Sunday, March 17, 2019 in her 85th year at the Hamilton General Hospital.
Reunited with her beloved husband, Pietro (1997) of 45 years. Mom will be deeply missed by her children Grace (John Ivezic), Adrian, George (Donna). Nonna will be lovingly remembered by her grandchildren Alex (Mallory), Matthew (Angela), Deanna (Denny), Kyle (Karlina) “Nonna made the best Lasagna.” Sadly missed by many relatives in Canada and Italy.
Special thank you to sister-in-law Emma Menegaldo and niece Clara for their devotion to mom; we will never forget. Our gratitude to Dr. Schweitzer and staff for 22 years of patience, care and understanding. Special thank you to the staff at Abington Court for their kindness and compassion.
Visitation at the FRISCOLANTI FUNERAL CHAPEL 43 Barton St. East on Tuesday, March 19, 2019 from 4 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. Vigil prayers at 5pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Eugene’s Church (Queenston and Parkdale Ave.) on Wednesday March 20, 2019 at 11 a.m. Entombment to follow at Holy Sepulchre.
