ROBERTS, NORMA ANN (nee PHALEN) Passed peacefully with family at her side at Hospice Wellington on Friday, March 29, 2019. Norma was the family Rock for sons Stephen and Stuart and grandchildren Joshua, Micky, Kathleen and Melissa.
