MILNE, PATRICIA “PAT” ANN (nee LEONARD) Peacefully, on September 29, 2018, Pat passed away after a courageous and fiercely fought battle with cancer. Pat will lovingly be remembered by: her children Larry (Kathy) and Dan (Katy); her grandchildren Nicole, Matthew, Sheldon, Emily and Connor; her siblings John (Gail) and Mary Jane; several nieces and nephews; and numerous friends, all who she held so near and dear to her heart.
A private Celebration of Life is to be held at a later date. Memorial donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society or London Health Sciences Foundation.
A special thank you to the staff of London Regional Cancer Clinic, Middlesex-London EMS, LHSC Emergency room and C7 staff and to all of those that provided care for Pat.
