Passed away on December 13, 2020 at the age of 58 with family by his side at Juravinski Hospital. Paul is predeceased by his beloved father James and dearest Auntie Maureen. Paul is survived by his loving mother Patricia Hansen, his cherished brothers Anthony (Aldina) and David (Nicolle).

Very special thanks to the staff and residents, past and present, at Rygiel Supports for Community Living who have provided a home full of love, friendship and care for over 50 years. While he did not spend a single day at school, his influence, through his father, inspired countless who believe Each Belongs. We are all comforted to know that Paul was born a Saint and will now take his place in Heaven.
A Funeral Mass will take place on Thursday, December 17, 2020 at 11:30 a.m. at Annunciation of Our Lord Parish, 280 Limeridge Road W, Hamilton. A private cremation will follow. In Lieu of flowers, donations to Rygiel Supports for Community Living would be appreciated by Paul’s family.
