BILLINGS, Penny Marie December 17, 1951 – September 15, 2019 In her 68th year after a short battle with cancer, with deep sadness we announce the passing of Penny at the Hamilton General Hospital.
Penny was the beloved partner of Lee Kozarow (25 years), cherished mother of Dean (Sarah) Billings and Brennan Billings. Penny will be sadly missed by her sister Pamela Kirkwood, Aunt to Dr. Jessica Kirkwood (Patrick Sanders), Great Aunt to Madeline Mae and Bennett John, all from Edmonton Alberta.
Predeceased by her parents Paul Turnbull and Pearl Donovich. Penny’s request for a private celebration of life will be held at a later date.
