ARCHBELL, Rev. Canon Jean Peacefully, after a short and courageous battle with cancer at Juravinski Hospital, Hamilton, Rev. Canon Jean Archbell (nee Dempsey) of Dundas passed away on July 1, 2018, at the age of 62.
Beloved wife of David Archbell. Much loved mother of Samantha Beckett (Josh) and Alicia Archbell. Cherished grandmother of Olivia. Loving sister of the late Liz Dempsey and special Aunt Jean to Andrew Dempsey (Nalini), Jennie Dunlop (Scott), Daniel, William and Katie. Dear sister of Margot Kelly (Alex) and aunt to Ed, James (Erin), Bobby (Amy), Jacqui and families. Predeceased by her parents, Edwin and Margaret Dempsey. Also, lovingly remembered by the Archbell Family; Gordon and June, Jane Thomson (Dave), Emma (Zach), Megan, John Archbell (Minky), Jake (Maddie), Luke and Matthew.
Visitation at St. James Anglican Church, 137 Melville St., Dundas, on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at Christ Church Cathedral, 252 James Street North, Hamilton on Thursday, July 5, 2018 at 11 a.m.
