BOYD, Sheila (nee Douglas) It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Sheila Boyd (nee Douglas) on June 9th in Hamilton, with family by her side.
She was a loving mother and will be forever missed by her daughter Allison. She was also dear to siblings Kathryn, Steven, and Diane; her nieces and nephews; as well as other family and friends including Betty, Bill, Cameron, David, JP, and Alicia.
Sheila was a graduate of Trent University and had an accomplished career at the Ministry of Natural Resources. She was also the creator of innumerable works of jewelry, home design, and special events. She gave outstanding support to many friends and family members over the years. At Sheila’s request, there will be no public visitation or service.

All funds will be dedicated to cancer research at McMaster’s Stem Cell and Cancer Research Institute.
