MOOTOO, SHIRLEY URSULA (nee JOWAHIR) This is to mark the sad passing of Shirley Ursula Maria Theresa Mootoo (nee Jowahir) on Saturday, January 30, 2021, at the age of 91 years old. Shirley leaves behind her 3 children, daughter-in-law, 2 grandsons, 3 nieces and 1 nephew.
Her profession as a Nurse was a point of pride. She immigrated from Guyana in the late 1960s and lived most of her life in Pickering, Ontario. She spent the last few years of her life at Alexis Lodge and her family wishes to express their appreciation of the great care she received from the staff.
