STAJCER, Ana Passed away peacefully on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at the age of 87.
Loving wife of Zvonko for 66 wonderful years. Cherished mother of Nikola (Petra), and Antun “Tony” (Lynne). Proud Grandma of Annie, Matthew (Leah), Billy (Daniela), Thomas (Jacqueline) and Scott (Stefanie). Great-grandmother of Steven. Survived by her sisters Katica Babic and Rozica Maradin and their families, her niece Jasna Simrak and family as well as her extended family in Croatia, U.S.A. and Canada. Predeceased by sister Ljubica Herak. Devoted to her family, her biggest joy was spending time with and cooking for her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth), Hamilton on Monday from 3-5 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 7:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Holy Cross Croatian Catholic Church, 1883 King Street East, Hamilton on Tuesday, April 2, 2019 at 9:30 a.m. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.
