SULCS, Jadviga (Judy) 1925 (Riga, Latvia) – 2019 (Hamilton, ON, Canada). Psychiatric Nurse, Ontario Hospital Hamilton, 1957 – 1985. Our dear Jadviga died peacefully on Wednesday, April 3rd in the company of her family and hospice caregivers.
Loving wife to the late Ernests (2009), and sister to Aleksandrs. Survived by her step-sister Luda (Charlie). Daughter of Jerofejs and Marcelina, and step-daughter of Daria (2015). Cherished mother to Vija (Robert) and Aida. Joyous grandmother to Pablo (Carolina), Leda (Wolfgang), Ariana, and Kendra.
The family is grateful to the gracious caregivers at Blackadar Retirement Residence and Emmanuel Hospice.
Visitation will be held at CRESMOUNT FUNERAL HOME, 322 Fennell Avenue East in Hamilton on Tuesday, April 9th from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. The funeral service will take place on Wednesday, April 10th at 11:00 a.m. in the chapel, followed by burial at Woodland Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Good Shepherd Emmanuel House Hospice.
