Ted has passed away peacefully in his 74th year.
He will be greatly missed by his many friends and family, his partner Goldie of 11 years and his children Paul, Paula, Paulette and step daughter’s Rosylin and Wendy. Ted will be fondly remembered for his dedication to the Salvation Army West Hill Citadel throughout the last 8 years.
In Lieu of flowers, donations may be made in memory of Ted to the Salvation Army West Hill Citadel.
