JACKSON, THOMAS ROSS ALEXANDER CECIL Tom Jackson (Papa) of Belleville, Ontario, born October 2, 1931, passed peacefully at the age of 86, at the Hastings Manor Long Term Care Facility in Belleville, on Wednesday, September 26, 2018.
Son of the late Mina and Stanley Jackson. Cherished husband of June Jackson. Eldest brother of Mary Peterbaugh (deceased), Bill Jackson (deceased), Terri Nicholson, Winnie Sallows (deceased), Deeney Staines, Jack Jackson (deceased) and Doug Jackson. Dearest father of Richard Jackson (deceased), Ronald Jackson, Russell Jackson, Lisa Jackson, Thomas Gaston and Carl Ruttan. Beloved grandfather of Sandra Eastham, Pam Jackson, Samantha Jackson, Montana Jackson, Jodi McMurter-Ruttan, Matthew Jackson, Emma Jackson and Adam Jackson. And great-grandfather of Haylie West, Elynn and Jackson Eastham. Fondly remembered by his many loved nieces and nephews.
Mr. Jackson is resting at the John R. Bush Funeral Home located at 80 Highland Avenue in Belleville (613-968-5588). Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel on Saturday, September 29, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. with visitation for 1 hour prior to the service.
