VASILOFF, Maria It is with great sadness to announce the unexpected passing of Maria on Saturday, April 20, 2019 in her 74th year.
Beloved and devoted wife of Michael. Cherished mother of Mirella and Nevio. Loving daughter of Natalina and the late Corrado Castelli. Sister of Emidio (the late Linda) Castelli, Aldo (Joanne) Castelli, and Fabrizio (Antoinette) Castelli. Sister-in-law of Diane (the late Joe) Ristich. Maria will be dearly missed by her nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
Maria had a good heart and loved people dearly, she would volunteer every week at Christ’s Church Cathedral feeding the homeless. She will be missed by all of those who knew and loved her.
Visitation at the MARKEY-DERMODY FUNERAL HOME, 1774 King Street East (at Kenilworth) on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers at 3:30 p.m. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at Incarnation of Our Blessed Lord Roman Catholic Church (Barton Street at Nash) on Thursday, April 25, 2019 at 9 a.m. Interment to follow at Our Lady of the Angels Cemetery.
