COX, William (Bill) James December 17, 1955 – April 8, 2019 It is with great sadness we announce his sudden passing. Beloved son of Carole Howey and the late Murray Cox, loving brother to Patti Cox (Rob Farrington) and Ted Cox (Judy); nieces, Victoria Graham (Matthew) and Katherine Cox (Darren Wakem). He will also be missed by many friends and colleagues.
Bill will be remembered as a free-spirited and kind soul who was gifted at computer technology and electronics. He spent over 25 years at UWO pioneering and developing their large presentation programs and where he was presented with the Western Award of Excellence in 2006. His adventurous side took him to pursue a career in Nicaragua, Central America followed by a successful 10-year tenure, in his field, in Toronto Private cremation arrangements.
Visitation will take place on Sunday, April 28 1-2 pm at the Westview Funeral Chapel 790 Wonderland Rd., N., London, ON. with a short celebration of life to follow. Private internment at a later date.
In lieu of flowers donations to the Heart and Stroke foundation will be appreciated.
