ALANBAUDNER

ALAN BAUDNER With heavy hearts we are deeply saddened to announce the sudden passing of Alan Baudner (September 17, 1954 – November 6, 2016). He leaves behind Sylvia and his three children Vanessa, Sarah and Jordan as well as his nephew Hamilton who he loved very much. He will be remembered for his sense of humour, his positive attitude and his ability to capture the perfect nickname for anyone he met. He enjoyed nothing more than spending time with his family, preparing tasteful meals, perfecting his capabilities as a green-thumb, and playing golf at The Summit. You could always catch him cruising the streets in his silver 1963 Pontiac Parisienne – which, was “right off the assembly line” – with the windows down and fuzzy dice shaking from the rear-view mirror. In his optimistic attitude we remind ourselves to love unconditionally, never go to bed angry, and to always forgive. He is always in our hearts and forever loved. In lieu of flowers, family and friends are asked to make donations to Canadian Diabetes Association. A visitation will be held on Thursday, November 10th from 5-9 p.m. at Mount Pleasant Cemetery (375 Mount Pleasant Road) as well as the funeral service, which will be held the next day at 11 a.m.
