ALVA ROSS Passed away at her residence in Etobicoke on Sunday, June 26, 2016. Alva Patricia Ross (nee McKenzie) formerly of Markdale in her 89th year. Wife of the late William Ross. Dear mother of Ron Weeks (Mary Jane Tiller) of Mayne Island, BC. Also survived her grandchildren and great- grandchildren. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Cooke’s Presbyterian Church, 14 George Street, Markdale, on Saturday, July 2, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. If desired, memorial donations to a local school program for child nutrition/ lunch program in your area would be appreciated. Her contribution to health care and a future will be her legacy to a better Canada.
