Passed away peacefully on October 16, 2016 at Cedarvale Nursing Home in Toronto, Ontario. Predeceased by devoted husband, Nick. Survived by loving children, Joanne Di Giacomo and Fiorella (Philip) De Claercq. Wonderful grandmother to Nicole. Anna Maria will be deeply missed by many family and friends in both Italy and the United States. Anna Maria’s family would like to extend a very warm thank you to Dr. Ross Taylor as well as all of the nurses, PSWs and Management Team at Cedarvale Nursing Home for their unwavering care and compassion they showed towards Anna Maria during her time there. Friends and family will be received at the JERRETT FUNERAL HOME (1141 St. Clair Ave. W., Toronto, Ontario – one block east of Dufferin St.) on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 from 7:00 – 9:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Catholic Parish (354 St. Clair Ave. W.) on Thursday, October 20, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Entombment at Holy Cross Cemetery (8361 Yonge St., Thornhill, Ontario) to follow. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Alzheimer Society would be greatly appreciated.
