McCANN-CONDIE, Anne It is with great sadness that the family of Anne Marie McCann announces her passing on September 29, 2017, at the age of 53. She leaves behind her daughter Hailey Condie. Predeceased by husband Allen Condie, her parents Paul and Barbara McCann of Toronto, her brothers Paul and Daniel and sisters Patricia, Melanie, Margaret and Elizabeth McCann. Also mourning her loss are her brothers Michael and wife Maureen, James and wife Ellen, Sean and wife Emily and sister Mary and husband Claude Nembhard, as well as an extended family of nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles. Special thanks to her boyfriend Paul Martella for his love for Anne. Visitation will be held at R.S. Kane Funeral Home, 6150 Yonge St. (at Goulding, south of Steeles), on Thursday, October 5th from 4:00 – 8:30 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be held at St. Gabriel’s Parish, 670 Sheppard Ave. E., on Friday, October 6th at 11:00 a.m. Private cremation to follow.
