Beatrice(Bea) AMAOLO (nee Bagnato)

AMAOLO, Beatrice (Bea) (nee Bagnato) July 2, 1927 – August 21, 2017 Beatrice was born on July 2, 1927 in Port Arthur, Ontario, and passed away peacefully in Burlington on August 21, 2017. Beatrice is survived by her sister, Elizabeth Napier, her son Gary (Christine) and daughter Kelly Cockfield (Glenn). She is predeceased by her parents Rosario (Roy) and Rose Emma (nee Rank) Bagnato, her husband Richard Amaolo, her sister Joyce Cheff and her brother Roy (Buddy) Bagnato. Bea recently celebrated her 90th birthday surrounded by family, sharing pictures of a fulfilled life of travel and enjoying family get-togethers. Bea’s love of the silver screen and the entertainment world made her the go-to person for classic movie trivia. Bea will be remembered for her kind nature and the way she made friends wherever she went, whether to exotic lands or the corner store; also her careful grooming no matter where she was or what she was doing. Bea was a sweet lady, she loved babies and would stop every mom to get a closer peek. In accordance with her wishes, Beatrice was cremated and a private family interment will follow. A celebration of Bea’s life will take place at a later date. The family would like to thank Drs. Brendan Chiu, Daniel Sapir, Brian Sullivan and Sabera Ahmed.
