BETTY AVRIL WOODLEY Passed away peacefully at the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital on Saturday, October 22, 2016, at the age of 96. Beloved wife of the late William. Loving mother of Lawrence (Susan), William (Sharrie), Brian (Leslie) and Allison (Matthew). Proud and faithful grandmother to Lawren, Alex, Sarah, Turner, William, Garnet, Spencer, Jordan, Taylor, Grace and Hannah. Betty adored her great-grandchildren Aiden, Lucas, Myah and Lia. Survived by her only sister Mary Auty of England. The family would like to thank Dr. Lorna MacDougall for always taking care of mom for many years and to all her caregivers who made her last years safe and happy ones. A funeral service will take place at Fawcett Funeral Home, 182 Mill St., Creemore, on Tuesday, October 25, 2016 at 12:00 p.m. with visitation one hour prior. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Collingwood General and Marine Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
