WESTCOTT, Bonita Fern “Bonnie” Peacefully on May 14, 2017. Bonnie passed away at Orchard Terrace Long Term Care in her 97th year. Predeceased by her parents Wellington Arthur Westcott and Henrietta June (nee Scholton) and her sister Gladys Gleason (January 2008). She will be greatly missed by nephews and nieces Richard Gleason (Paulette), Samuel Gleason (Marilyn), Boneta Ohrn (Brad), Kay Peters (Gary) and their families as well as many cousins and extended family in the USA. Bonnie was a longtime member of New Westminster Presbyterian Church, and during her church life she was a pianist for the Junior Choir, Church School, Youth Instrumentalists, Women’s Missionary Society and The Rosalind Goforth Auxillary. She worked at Fuller Brush Co. in Hamilton/ Burlington for 35 and a half years. Visitation will be held at TRUSCOTT, BROWN & DWYER FUNERAL CHAPEL 1309 King St. E (at the Delta, opposite Gage Park) on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at 11 a.m. with a service in the chapel at 1 p.m. Interment to follow at White Chapel Memorial Gardens.
