Peter Jeffrey BREITWIESER
BREITWIESER, Peter Jeffrey Passed away on September 18, 2016 in the Hamilton General Hospital. Peter was born in Hamilton, Ontario on December 21, 1961. He is pre- deceased by his Bumpa (Roy) and Nana (Carrie) Farnsworth, his father Peter Breitwieser SR, his mother Liz Kubin, and his aunt Carol Graham. He is survived by his loving wife Lorie Carrier, his sister Susanne Witt, his children Lynsey, David, Jordan, Amber and Jeremy, and his grandchildren Mahingan and Nikik. He will be deeply missed by cousins and friends alike. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Heart and Stroke or The Kidney Foundation.
