JARDINE, Carolyn Ann —
We are saddened to announce the passing of Carolyn Ann Jardine peacefully on April 7, 2017, at 6:15 in the evening at Mississauga Trillium Hospital after a brave battle with cancer. She will be sadly missed by her friends Colleen, Arlene, Ingrid and Kitty who were with her when she passed, as well as close friends Debbie, Patricia, Ann, Lisa-Marie and Monika. A very special thank you to Arlene and Lisa who Carolyn called her Angels, for their loving assistance which Carolyn appreciated very much. Also a huge thank you to Dr. Chopra and the staff on the 6th floor in J Wing. Carolyn’s wish was no funeral however a Celebration of Life will be held on Thursday, May 11th at the Symposium Restaurant at 3055 Dundas Street West in Mississauga at 6 p.m. Food will be served. Cremation has already taken place. In lieu of flowers, a donation to the Mississauga Humane Society would be appreciated.
