CECILIA MARY McNEELY (nee RANKIN) Quietly on Monday, March 27, 2017 at the age of 87. Beloved wife of the late Mel McNeely. Loving mother of Sherry Cziraki and her husband Rob and their family and the late Melville “Nip”. Dear mother-in-law of Beverley McNeely. Survived by her brothers John and Peter and all of their families. Predeceased by her sister Ruth Thomson. Cecilia will be fondly remembered by her family and friends.
