Passed away at his residence on Monday, July 31st, 2017 at 68 years of age. Dear son of Jack and Phyllis Palmer. Loving father of Amanda and her husband Duncan D’Souza and Jessica Palmer. Cherished Grampa of Georgia Grace. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Randy, Rocky, James and his wife Jody and his sister Jennifer and her husband Dale Irvin. David will be fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends. A Celebration of life will be held at OSHAWA FUNERAL HOME, 847 King Street West (905-721-1234) date and time to be announced.
