DAYLER, Fred Peacefully passed away at Extendicare Hamilton on Wednesday, August 24, 2016, in his 90th year. Predeceased by his wife Evelyn (1979). Beloved father of David (Linda), Carolyn (Peter), Susan, Pauline (John) and Bill (Karen). Grandfather of 10 grandchildren. Great-grandfather to many great-grandchildren. Survived by sisters Thelma, Audrey, and Bonnie, and predeceased by siblings George, Dorothy and James. Visitation will be held at the MARLATT FUNERAL HOME, 615 Main St. East (east of Sanford Ave.), Hamilton, on Thursday, August 25 from 6 – 9 p.m. Funeral service will be held in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel on Friday, August 26, 2016 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Woodland Cemetery. Our most heartfelt thanks to the entire staff of Extendicare for their care and love and becoming his family. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society
