CHOW, Deborah Dick Kee (nee Chan) July 20, 1938 – August 19, 2017 Passed peacefully on Saturday, August 19, 2017 at the Harold and Grace Baker Centre in Toronto at the age of 79. Beloved wife of the late Luke Chow. Dear mother of Vivian (Frank) and Virginia (John), loving grandmother of Sam, Lucas, Benjamin and Thomas. Cherished sister of the late Dorothy and survived by her brothers, Dick Quan (Kwan Yee) and Flint (Bi Yook). Deborah will be lovingly remembered by her nieces and nephews, the Chow family, extended family members and friends. Deborah loved singing and being a teacher and a homemaker. Special thanks go to the wonderful staff of the Harold and Grace Baker Centre with an extra warm hug to her ‘ladies’. Visitations will take place on Saturday, August 26th from 6 to 9 p.m. and Sunday, August 27th from 10 to 11 a.m. at the York Funeral Centre, 160 Beecroft Rd., North York, 416-221-3404. A service to celebrate her life will be held on Sunday at 11 a.m. Please join us for refreshments afterwards.
