deWILDE, Johanna Peacefully at Brantford General Hospital on Tuesday, August 16, 2016 the Lord called to Himself Johanna deWilde at the age of 76 years. Beloved mother of Connie (Bruce) Deveau, Cornell (Natalia) Slik, Annette Slik, Albert Slik, Jan Jr. (Linda) Slik, and David (Jayne) Slik. Proud and loving Oma to 16 grand- children and 1 great-grandchild. Johanna was the oldest sister to Gerrie Verwey, Hennie (Cor) Bezemer, and John (Judy) deWilde. Remembered by many nieces and nephews. She will be missed by her companion Jack Fennema. Also, her friend Fred Hoyos and other relatives and friends. Visitation will be held at KITCHING, STEEPE & LUDWIG FUNERAL HOME, 146 Mill St. N., Waterdown on Thursday, August 18th from 6 – 8 p.m. Funeral Service will be held at PROVIDENCE FREE REFORMED CHURCH, 269 St. George Rd., St. George, on Friday, August 19th at 10 a.m. Interment Millgrove Cemetery.
