DIANNE MARGARET WILLIAMS (nee LESLIE) July 9, 1932 – June 14, 2016 Retired Chairman of the Scarborough Board of Education Dianne joins her recently deceased husband of 61 years James Conley Williams who passed away on January 8, 2016. She is lovingly remembered by her children Stephen (Joanne), Andrea and Eric and her grandchildren Kendal and James Ross (JR) and step-grandchildren Patrick and Joelle. She is survived by her sister Patricia. Dianne was elected trustee of the Scarborough Board of Education for 18 years and served as Chairman of the Board before retiring. She was an extraordinary student, leader and athlete in high school, winning the coveted Rebecca Marychurch Cup at Riverdale Collegiate and a university scholarship. She was a devoted wife and mother, passionate about education and was actively involved in church activities.
