DOUGLAS ROOKE McKAY October 16, 1928 – June 12, 2017 It is with heavy hearts but joy for Douglas’s life, that his family announces his peaceful passing. Loving partner of Jacqueline Bowles. He will forever be lovingly remembered by his children Keith (Janice) McKay, Kirk (Colleen) McKay and Janis Petrini; Jeffrey (Nancy) Bowles and Andrea (Simon) Robarts. Douglas will live on in the lives of his wonderful grandchildren: David (Jessie), Katherine (Chris), Kevin (Stephanie); Cameron (Amanda), Brian; Tyler (Jessie), Joshua (Laura), Audrey (David); Matthew, Tempest, Adam, Kathryn and Sachel and great-grandchildren Julian, Eliana, Douglas, twins Emmett and Hadley and Dawson David Robb. Please join family and friends for a service of remembrance and celebration of Douglas’s life at Skinner & Middlebrook (128 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga, ON L5G 1E4) on Saturday, June 17, 2017 starting at 11 a.m. with a service following at 12 p.m. Cremation has taken place.
