Passed away on November 11, 2016 at Toronto General Hospital. Survived by his beloved wife Diana Bennett of Toronto, ON; sister Marcia Bennett of Toronto, ON; mother-in-law Tota Evanoff of Toronto, ON; sister-in-law Katie Tingley of Toronto, ON; niece Charmian Tingley (Edward Bongers) of Kitchener, ON; and nephews Ivan Tingley of Toronto, ON and Patrick Fitzgerald of Port Colborne, ON. Predeceased by his father Joseph Leonard Bennett of Kirkland Lake, ON; mother Mabel Lothian of Port Colborne, ON; father-in-law Marin Evanoff of Toronto, ON; sisters Gloria Fitzgerald of Port Colborne, ON and Joan Stull of Lexington, KY; brothers-in-law Peter Tingley of Toronto, ON and Pat Fitzgerald of Port Colborne, ON; and niece Marcy Shaubel of Port Colborne, ON. Earl will be lovingly remembered by his many friends and family members. Friends are invited to a memorial service on Tuesday, November 22, 2016 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of the Trull Funeral Home and Cremation Centre, 2704 Yonge St., Toronto (south of Lawrence Ave.).
