Passed away peacefully at the Post Inn, Oakville, on Tuesday, April 25, 2017. Beloved husband of the late Shirley Marie Laxton (nee Killoran). Loving father of Terri and Ted, Sue and Michael, Jill and Christopher, Mary and Rick Winnik, Cathy and Brian Godberson, Rosanne and John, and Shirley-Marie. Cherished grandfather of 25 and great-grandfather of 17. Dear brother of Dorothy, and the late Wilfred, William “Bill” and Ogda. In life, Faith and Family were the two most important priorities to Dad. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Ignatius Loyola Roman Catholic Church, 2300 Burnhamthorpe Rd. W., Mississauga, on Friday, April 28, 2017 at 10:30 a.m. Interment Mt. Hope Cemetery, Toronto. If desired, donations to Right to Life or Dr. Simone’s Canadian Food for Children would be appreciated.
