Eliseo “Leo” BOMBEN
BOMBEN, Eliseo “Leo” Passed away peacefully at the Hamilton General Hospital on April 7, 2017 in his 91st year. Loving husband of Palma for 58 years. Loving father of Paul (Deb), Frank (Margot), and Peter (Lisa). Loving Grandfather of Marc, Ryan, Alyssa, Tyler, Kayley, Jeffrey, Joey, Nicole, and great-grandfather of Avery. Leo is survived by his sister Olimpia and predeceased by his parents Massimiliano and Santa and eight brothers and three sisters. Leo was a lifetime member of the Venetian Club and the Brick and Tile Union. He especially enjoyed making wine and growing a vegetable garden. He cherished spending time with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchild. A special thanks to the staff at the Hamilton General Hospital. Visitation will be held at P.X. DERMODY FUNERAL HOME , 1919 King St. E. (between Cochrane and Rosedale) on Monday, April 10, 2017 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Vigil Prayers will be held at 3 p.m. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. John the Baptist Catholic Church on Tuesday, April 11, 2017 at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at Marymount Cemetery, Guelph.
