DANIELS, Elizabeth Clara (Betty) Peacefully went home to be with her Lord and surrounded by family, at Amica Stoney Creek, on Tuesday, June 20, 2017, in her 90th year. Beloved wife and best friend of Arthur (Art) for 69 years. Loving mother of Carol and David Fesuk, Doug and Jan and Elaine and Dave Anderson. Lovingly remembered by her 9 grandchildren and their spouses along with 19 great-grandchildren. Dear sister of Vivian Lord and Marjorie Ainsworth. Predeceased by brother Owen Smith and sister Doris Daniels. Will also be lovingly remembered by many members of the Smith and Daniels families. Betty and Art were actively involved for many years at Stoney Creek Alliance Church and in the Stoney Creek community. Whether they were looking after widows of the church, helping with the nutrition program or delivering meals on wheels, they enjoyed serving together as a team. The family would like to thank the Staff at Amica for all of their compassion and care of Betty and Art along with their family during this time. Friends will be received at the DONALD V. BROWN FUNERAL HOME , 36 Lake Ave. Dr., Stoney Creek, on Saturday, June 24 from 11 a.m. until the Funeral Service at 1:30 p.m. Cremation to follow.
